A leading coffee creamer brand needed to uncover in-depth insight into how consumers interact with their product. The goal? Recruit precisely targeted participants using an innovative algorithm and capture their coffee preparation rituals—all while ensuring in-home sessions were conducted safely during the pandemic.

Objectives

The mission was to record detailed video footage of participants as they prepared their coffee, documenting every unique step of their process. With the pandemic in full swing, participant safety was a top priority throughout the project.

Approach & Methodology

To meet these demands, FieldiQ designed a tailored market research recruitment screener incorporating advanced algorithmic targeting to identify the ideal participant segments.

  • In-Home Execution: The team meticulously planned each visit, equipping our moderators and videographers with detailed protocols and PPE to ensure participant and team safety.
  • Outdoor Adaptation: Following the in-home interviews, we arranged for follow-up discussions in outdoor or garage spaces, maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for everyone involved.
